Sept. 2006 - Take Back the Night - Greenville, NC
Someone's Sister joined together with the East Carolina University Office of Victim Services to take a stand against violence.

A group of male students showed up in style, marching in women's shoes to show their support for women and against violence.

350 people gathered for the march and ""Take Back the Night" Rally.

The march ended in a rally at Joyner Library.

We were honored to have the Greenville Police join
the event.

After the speaking we held a candlelight vigil in memory of those affected by domestic violence.
Special thanks to Sue Molhan, ECU Victims Advocate

By the end of the night all who attended were armed with information on what to do if confronted with violence and where to turn in the community for help.
