Music in the Streets - Washington, NC - May, 2005
The day began with sunny skies and musicians on every block.

We sang out front of the historic Turnage Theater.

"Music in the Streets" has gained a lot of popularity over the years as a great outdoor event during the summer.

That is a ride in style!

Closer up on new friends!

As the sun set, rain looked inevitable. Many musicians left- we backed up into a safer space and kept going.

The evening crowd was a brave one- who stayed in spite of the storm clouds. This sweet family has one on the way - early exposure to the S.Sister sound.

We even had a dancer or two.

The night ended with a dinner with friends.

A special thanks goes out to Joey Toler, Program Director for the Beaufort County Arts Council. Great Job!!
